Saccharin sodium, also known as soluble saccharin, is the sodium salt of saccharin, with two crystal water, colorless crystal or slightly whitish crystalline powder, rich sweet and bitter taste. The sweetness is about 500 times that of sucrose. The heat resistance and alkali resistance are weak, and the heating sweetness gradually disappears under acidic conditions.
It is widely used in the following industries: food, like cold drinks, beverages, jellies, cold fruits, protein sugars, etc.; feed additives; daily chemical industry, like toothpaste, swishing mouth drops, eye drops, etc.; electroplating industry, like electroplating brightener, in which the electroplating industry uses a large amount.
