Sodium saccharin

Saccharin sodium, also known as soluble saccharin, is the sodium salt of saccharin, with two crystal water, colorless crystal or slightly whitish crystalline powder, rich sweet and bitter taste. The sweetness is about 500 times that of sucrose. The heat resistance and alkali resistance are weak, and the heating sweetness gradually disappears under acidic conditions.
