Riboflavin

Riboflavin, also known as vitamin b2, is a vitamin found in food and used as a dietary supplement. It is required by the body for cellular respiration. It has many functions, including 1) Promoting development and cell regeneration. 2) Promoting the normal growth of skin, nails, and hair. 3) Helping prevent and eliminate inflammatory reactions in the mouth, lips, tongue, and skin, collectively referred to as an oral reproductive syndrome. 4) Improving eyesight and reduce eye fatigue. 5) Affecting the absorption of iron by the human body. 6) Combining with other substances to affect biological oxidation and energy metabolism. When combined with vitamin B6, vitamin C, and folic acid, the effect is the best. Because riboflavin solubility is relatively low, intestinal absorption is limited, so generally speaking, riboflavin will not cause excessive poisoning.
