Ascorbyl palmitate

Ascorbyl palmitate is an effective antioxidant, which is a non-acidic and stable vitamin C. It has all the physiological activities of vitamin C. it can resist inflammation, reduce melanin production, promote immunoglobulin synthesis, prevent pigmentation caused by trauma, sunburn, and acne, whiten skin, maintain skin elasticity, reduce wrinkles, improve skin roughness, pallor, and relaxation, delay skin natural aging, and photoaging, and is an efficient antioxidant and oxygen-free radical scavenger.

It is evaluated as a nutritious, non-toxic, efficient, and safe food additive by the World Health Organization ((WHO)) Food Additives Committee. It is the only antioxidant that can be used in infant food in China. This product can be used in food anti-oxidation, food (oil) color protection, nutritional strengthening, and other effects.
